Freshwater Fish Extinct
Freshwater fish becoming completely extinct soon is completely hypothetical, but it would destroy communities and people's livelihood. Even though they are not in danger of completely disappearing in the near future , species numbers are declining at a sig nificant rate in recent years. This has caused bigger species to be cut in half. By these bigger fishing declining at such a rapid rate, there will only be smaller fish growing in species population size. Freshwater fish is vital to ecosystems, economies, and the way people live their lives. People would no longer have a valid food source from freshwater with species dying out and fungi overtaking ecosystems. Communities would not survive without certain exports of freshwater fish for not only food, but for business as well. Some areas depend on freshwater fish for commercialization for tourism. Losing this tourism would destroy small towns and their communities forever. ...
